Once we know more about you and your design needs, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate. For a rough range, you can expect that full-service packages will be based on a rate of $175/hour. You will likely use 15-20% of your total project budget on design services. 

Our design process can take anywhere from 2-6 months (or more) prior to construction. This timeline can vary based on the level of service requested, other parties involved and changes to the project scope. We are more than happy to accommodate your schedule as long as honest and consistent communication is provided. As a general rule, you can expect 6+ months for a new build and 4-6 months for a decor project. 

Meetings are unlimited with our full-service design packages. We provide custom services for each client and work hand-in-hand with you to support you through the process. 

We offer 50% of our discount to full-service clients. Clients who are on a consulting-based package will shop without our trade discount (but with our guidance!)
