The construction and renovation industry is always full of surprises and we expect some bumps along the way. We’re experienced in handling dynamic projects at a large scale that have varying timelines, budgets, site constraints, and homeowners needs. If an issue arises, we’ll communicate it to you and the whole construction team immediately and propose solutions to keep the project on track. Our goal is to minimize any disruptions and ensure a smooth process which is why we advocate for completing our design process prior to starting construction.

How do you ensure the project stays within budget?

While we respect your input, our process is most successful when we have creative control over selecting materials and furniture. We work with trusted vendors and artisans to ensure the quality and consistency of the final design. If you prefer to handle sourcing on your own, our approach might not align with your needs. If you prefer to handle sourcing on your own our Signature Full-Service experience won't be the best fit for you. Consider working with us on a Custom Architectural and Interior review, so that we can set you up on the right path to bring your project to life on your own.

We value open, ongoing communication and prefer to work closely with clients who are collaborative and engaged throughout the process. Our best results come from partnerships where there is mutual trust and respect for the value of design. Our design services are structured in a way that allows us to take the reins and guide you through your project one step at a time. If you have a laundry list of a few things that you need support with or would like to be able to reach on an as-needed basis we may not be the best fit for you.
